About the Role

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who’s passionate about people. In this role, you’ll make sure our engineering teams are happy, motivated, and set up to deliver on our product roadmap.

You’ll work closely with our CTO, who’s focused on product strategy and big-picture R&D. Your job is to turn that vision into action, making sure the team has the clarity, support, and processes they need to do their best work.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others grow, building strong team culture, and keeping things running smoothly as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support people – coach, mentor, and grow engineers while creating a positive, collaborative culture..
• Keep projects on track – Translate the roadmap into actionable sprints, lead agile processes, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Help us scale – improve workflows, make collaboration easier, and support hiring and onboarding as we grow.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in software engineering and modern development practices.
• Hands-on experience running agile processes and managing cross-team delivery.
• Excellent people leadership skills: mentoring, coaching, and growing engineers.
• Excited about building great culture as much as building great products.
