Viking Analytics Launches Rebuilt MultiViz, Announces Sunset of MultiViz Classic

Gothenburg, Sweden – 25th August, 2025 – Viking Analytics, a leader in AI-powered predictive maintenance solutions, has launched a completely reimagined version of its flagship platform, MultiViz, setting a new standard in industrial condition monitoring. As part of this transition, the company has also announced the upcoming sunset of MultiViz Classic, the original version of the platform, on September 1st, 2025.

Built in close collaboration with users, reliability engineers, and partners, the new MultiViz offers a cleaner interface, smarter analysis, and more intuitive workflows, all designed to reduce noise and help maintenance teams focus on what matters most.

“With MultiViz 2.0, we set out to solve one of the biggest challenges in industrial maintenance: alarm fatigue, data overload, and endless analysis,” said Rajet Krishnan, CEO of Viking Analytics. “The platform now automatically groups raw data into meaningful symptoms. Clear, efficient workflows help teams cut through the noise. They can see exactly which machines are unhealthy and why. Then they can focus on what truly matters: diagnosing and treating those machines to keep operations running at their best.”

Key Improvements in MultiViz 2.0:

  • Symptoms Aggregation Engine: MultiViz now groups raw events across multiple measurements into high-level symptoms, thanks to advanced algorithms, dramatically reducing cognitive load.
  • Expert-Controlled Status: Users can now assign their own machine health status, separating it from algorithm-generated priority.
  • Integrated Sensor-Level Workflows: All actions, including alert clearing and assignment to teammates, happen in one unified view.
  • Real-Time Feedback Loop: A built-in feedback form allows users to shape future updates.
  • Modern Interface: Faster performance, clearer data views, and a more intuitive user experience.

“Multiviz V2.0 marks a significant evolution from its previous version. It introduces notable enhancements in management, features, visualization, and tools—delivering more capabilities within the same space. It’s a more robust, efficient, and visually intuitive solution that empowers our operations with greater access to information and resources.” said Ricardo Garibay García, Engineering and Innovation Manager at MPC, Mexico.

The MultiViz 2.0 release also lays the groundwork for what’s next — with plans for deeper integrations, more AI-powered insights, and faster delivery of customer-requested features.

“The MultiViz 2.0 release sets the stage for an exciting roadmap ahead, empowering us to respond even faster to user feedback and continuously enhance the experience for our valued customers,” said Arash Toyser, CTO of Viking Analytics.

Sunset of MultiViz Classic

The original MultiViz Classic will be officially retired on September 1st, 2025. All user data will remain accessible in the new platform, and Viking Analytics is offering personalized support for a smooth transition.
