An example of how some of our users fit Multiviz into their workflow

Multiviz is meant to augment your existing condition‑monitoring routine, not replace it. Here’s the typical cadence our users adopt:

Step
Your Usual Task
How Multiviz Helps
1. Daily Check‑In
Log into the plant network or walk the floor to spot urgent issues
Open the Overview Page and scan Status & Priority Alerts in < 1 minute.
2. First‑Pass Triage
Decide which machines deserve a closer look
Click any flagged machine to view the Deep Analysis view and click changes to easily find the latest updates. Yellow vs Red alerts instantly tell you what’s merely interesting vs urgent.
3. Deep Dive
Use your preferred tools to inspect detailed vibration data
Jump to Deep Analysis View—all vibration trends, spectra, and modes are pre‑loaded, with AI highlighting abnormal patterns.
4. Decision & Action
Set work orders or plan maintenance windows
Update the machine Status (Normal / Abnormal / Critical). The change is visible to everyone in real time.
5. Post‑Fix Review
Verify the repair and document lessons learned
Re‑bookmark the machine, clear the alert, and store comments—building a searchable history for future diagnostics.

💡 Bottom line: Multiviz compresses data collection, analysis, collaboration, and documentation into a single click‑through flow—so you spend less time hunting for information and more time acting on it.
